Cancellation Policy
Our booking rules to ensure fairness for both students, parents and teachers: - No refunds are given for completely missed lessons on the student/parent's or teacher's behalf. All efforts will be made to accommodate for a make up lesson, which will incur a $15 additional fee if the missed lesson was due to the student. If the missed lesson was because of the teacher, an extra 20 minutes may be added to the make-up lesson with no additional fee. - No refunds are given for partially missed lessons on the student/parent's behalf. Students are encouraged to attend the class for the remaining number of minutes. Parents/students are encouraged to make a catch-up short appointment with LYT Education for a lesson spanning the number of minutes missed which will incur a $5 extra fee. This make-up short catch-up lesson is eligible only once a term, after which partially missed lessons are the same fee rate as a normal lesson. - If a student/parent needs to cancel one lesson due to circumstances they already know of, they need to notify LYT Education 0431 326 205 at least 24 hours before the lesson.
